East Syracuse Man Charged With Attempted Murder In Town Of Cicero Shooting

Town of Cicero, N.Y. - An East Syracuse man has been arrested for shooting another man Sunday.

Around 5:30 in the morning a Cicero man went to the hospital after being shot several times in the stomach while in his car on Cocoa Bean Drive.

Deputies have now arrested 31 year old Darnell Hall. He is charged with attempted murder in the 2nd degree, assault in the 1st degree, criminal use of a firearm in the 1st degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the 2nd degree and reckless endangerment in the 1st degree.

Additionally, Hall and a female acquaintance identified as 28 year old Nyabuay Thichiot also of East Syracuse, were both charged with criminal possession of a firearm.

Detectives say Hall had a dispute with the victim before the shooting.
