Oneida County Correction Officers Sickened By Fentanyl

Oriskany, N.Y. - Two Oneida County Corrections Officers become ill after being exposed to fentanyl.

The officers opened a piece of mail that had been delivered to the jail for an inmate.

Both began to get ill with symptoms consistent with fentanyl exposure.

They were given Narcan and taken to the hospital were they were treated and released.
