Rome, N.Y. - A Fort Drum soldier has been arrested after having sexual contact with a 13 year old.
Oneida County Sheriffs say 19 year old Ethan Daubenspeck originally from Furlong, Pennsylvania made arrangements online to meet the girl at her home in the city of Rome.
Daubenspeck had sex with the 13-year-old and was discovered by the child’s mother.
Duabenspeck is charged with Criminal Sexual Act in the 2nd Degree, a Class D Felony and is in jail on $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.
