Oswego Man Surrenders After Nearly 10 Hour Standoff

Oswego, N.Y. - A nearly 10 hour standoff in Oswego ended peacefully yesterday.

Oswego City Police say that they responded to a domestic dispute over personal property inside of a home along E. 7th Street.

Police say, 39 year old Marcus Miller, threatened his family members with a shotgun. A woman and children were inside the home but came out when police arrived.

After negotiations Miller was taken into custody. No one was injured.

Miller is charged with two felonies and a misdemeanor.
