14-Year-Old-Boy Arrested For Shooting At DESTINY USA

Syracuse, N.Y. - There has been an arrest in the Shooting last week at DESTINY USA

Syracuse Police Deputy Chief Richard Trudell say a 14 year old boy whose no stranger to police was the one who fired a gun inside the mall last Friday.

Police say the boy got into an argument and allegedly took out a gun and fired a shot into a trash can.

The boy has been arrested in the past, for property crimes including stealing vehicles. Trudell says the teen has posts on social media showing him holding guns.

Due to his age it will be handled by family court

DESTINY USA has just released a statement about the shooting that happened 6 days ago.
