Oswego County Drug Task Force Busts Two After Months Investigation

Fulton , N.Y. - Two men have been arrested on drug charges in Oswego county:

After several months investigation, the County Drug Task Force, charged 37 year old Andre Joyed, and 29 year old Brooke Rellos, both from Fulton with multiple counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance. Police found over 25 ounces of cocaine, drug paraphernalia, packaging and digital scales and cash. Both also face endangering the welfare of a child charges.

Below are the actual charges each is facing.

Andre R. Joyed 

  • 2 counts - Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 1st degree, eight ounces or more of a narcotic drug 
  • 2 counts - Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree, possession of a narcotic drug with intent to sell 
  • Criminally using Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd degree, packaging and scales 
  • Endangering the Welfare of a Child

 

Brooke E. Rellos

  • Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 1st degree, eight ounces or more of a narcotic drug. 
  • Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree, possession of a narcotic drug with intent to sell. 
  • Endangering the Welfare of a Child
